PUNTA GORDA – November 20, 2019 – Attorney Will W. Sunter was recently honored to receive the AV Preeminent® designation by Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™. AV Preeminent® is a significant rating accomplishment and a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence.

Sunter received both his Juris Doctor and M.B.A. from Stetson University. He also received his Bachelor of Arts from University of Florida.

Sunter focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on civil, real property and probate matters as well as guardianship. He counsels clients through all the phases of conflict resolution, beginning with pre-litigation and continuing into filing, discovery, trial, and appeal, if necessary. Sunter has experience in all forms of alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation.
