Farr Law Firm is seeking a full-time Bookkeeper to work in the Punta Gorda office and will report to the Controller. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of accounting/finance experience in a professional firm and demonstrate strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy. Under the supervision of the Controller, the Bookkeeper will reconcile firm bank statements, make deposits, enter financial transactions and serve as the accounts receivable and payable clerk. They will ensure all accounting records are intact, readily accessible and safeguarded.

Farr Law Firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing trusts and estates practice in Punta Gorda, Florida. At the Farr Law Firm, we dedicate ourselves to protecting the rights of the individual and to the responsible development of the business, social, and cultural climate of this growing, beautiful, and prosperous region. We are looking for an Associate Attorney who embodies these values. The candidate should have experience working directly with clients while drafting and executing wills, trusts and other estate planning documents. Farr Law Firm is seeking an Estate and Trust Administration paralegal for our probate department in the Punta Gorda office. Ideal candidates will have experience in estate and trust administration including maintaining case files and knowledge of fiduciary accountings. Must have the ability to work independently, under the supervision of an attorney, in all aspects of estate and trust administration, including court filings and meeting deadlines, asset gathering and transfers, and communications with investment advisors and trust companies.
Candidate must have superior client service skills, as the position works directly with clients and trust beneficiaries. We offer paralegals administrative support as well as continuing education and professional development opportunities. Florida Registered Paralegals (or CLAs) are preferred.
