Will focuses his practice on litigation with an emphasis on civil, real property and probate matters as well as guardianship.

Farr Law Firm is pleased to announce that William W. Sunter has been named a shareholder of the firm effective January 1, 2011.  Sunter joined the firm in 2005 and focuses his legal practice on civil, real property and probate litigation, as well as guardianship.  He holds a BV® Distinguished™ peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell.

Sunter earned his Juris Doctor degree with honors from Stetson University College of Law.  He also earned a Masters of Business Administration from Stetson University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.

Sunter is on the Board of Directors for the Punta Gorda Chamber of Commerce, the Charlotte County Chapter of the American Red Cross and Charlotte County Habitat for Humanity.  He is also an alumnus of Leadership Charlotte’s class of 2008.
