Guy S. Emerich Named to List of Legal Elite for Eighth Consecutive Year

For the eighth consecutive year, Guy S. Emerich, a director at Farr Law Firm, has been selected for inclusion in the list of 2011 Florida Legal Elite™ by Florida Trend magazine.  The list recognizes the top tier of attorneys practicing in the state as chosen by their peers.  Emerich is also a member of the Legal Elite Hall of Fame, which recognizes those who have been selected at least seven times.

Emerich is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and his practice focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, with an emphasis on protecting and preserving his clients’ assets, minimizing taxes and avoiding probate.  Emerich is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, a national organization of approximately 2,600 lawyers elected to membership by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.
