PUNTA GORDA, FL – January 24, 2012 – Gary A. Kahle, a director at Farr Law Firm received renewal of board certification by The Florida Bar in real estate law.  Kahle has been certified since 1991.

Kahle’s practice focuses on real estate and corporate and business law.  He represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions, issuance of title insurance, commercial lending, real estate development and real property litigation.  His experience also includes preparing documents for the formation of many of the area’s residential and commercial condominiums.  He counsels condominium and homeowners’ associations and represents a wide range of business owners in the creation of corporations, limited liability companies, professional service corporations and professional limited liability companies.

Board certification is the highest level of evaluation by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in the 24 areas of law approved for certification by the Supreme Court of Florida.  Not all qualified lawyers are certified, but those who are board certified have taken the extra steps to have their competence and experience evaluated.According to the Florida Bar, a lawyer who is a member in good standing of The Florida Bar and who meets the standards prescribed by the state’s Supreme Court may become board certified.  Only seven percent of eligible Florida Bar members are board certified.  Certification is valid for five years, and to be re-certified, lawyers must meet requirements similar to those for initial certification.
