FarrLaw Welcomes Wayne McClanahan as a New Associate Attorney

PUNTA GORDA, FL (December 17, 2024) — FarrLaw is pleased to announce that K. W. “Wayne” McClanahan II has joined the firm’s litigation and business law team, bringing his diverse legal background and steadfast commitment to client advocacy to our Punta Gorda office.

Growing up in Central Appalachia, Wayne witnessed the resilience and determination of his community in the face of significant economic challenges. These formative experiences, coupled with his legal education, have shaped Wayne’s perspective and instilled in him a deep commitment to making the most of every opportunity. His dedication to integrity, loyalty, and trust forms the foundation of his legal practice.

Wayne earned his J.D., from the Appalachian School of Law in 2015, and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Radford University in 2012. He is currently an MBA candidate at Florida Gulf Coast University with anticipated graduation in July 2025. Wayne has been a practicing attorney for almost 10 years and is licensed in four states including Florida, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee.
