Emerich and Miller Recognized in Florida Trend’s 2021 Legal Elite

Guy S. Emerich and Roger H. Miller III, directors at Farr Law Firm, have been named to Florida Trend magazine’s 2021 Legal Elite.

Punta Gorda – July 9, 2021 – Each year Florida Trend magazine recognizes attorneys who were selected by their peers as the Legal Elite of Florida. This year two Farr Law Firm attorneys, Guy S. Emerich and Roger H. Miller III, have been selected for this honor. Fewer than 2% of the active Florida Bar members who practice in Florida are represented in the Legal Elite list.

Emerich has been named as one of Florida’s Legal Elite by Florida Trend for 18 consecutive years and is a member of the Legal Elite Hall of Fame. He is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates, and focuses his practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, with an emphasis on protecting and preserving his clients’ assets, minimizing taxes and avoiding probate. Emerich holds an AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and is listed in both The Best Lawyers in America® and Florida Super Lawyers for 2021.
