2 Farr Law Firm Attorneys Selected for Inclusion in 2009 Super Lawyers Directory

Board certified attorney’s, Guy S. Emerich and Charles T. Boyle, were named by Florida Super Lawyers magazine as top attorneys in Florida for 2009.  Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named by Super Lawyers.

Mr. Emerich, former president of the firm, is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Wills, Trusts and Estate Law since 1988 and has a Master of Laws in estate planning.  He focuses his practice in e estate planning, probate and trust administration, and real estate law.  He is also a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).

Mr. Boyle is board certified by the Florida Bar in Marital and Family Law and is the only practicing board certified Marital and Family law attorney in Charlotte County.  Mr. Boyle also practices civil litigation and real estate.
